Scanner is a fake computer defragmenter application, which has been designed by hackers to try and trick you into buying the rogue upgrade to the program. Despite looking like a legitimate program (it's been designed like that on purpose), it's a total scam which will be doing nothing but looking to steal your personal information & con you into purchasing the worthless upgrade to the software.
